Pool heat in May?

I%26#39;ll be in orlando may 2 - 16.

Is it advisable to get pool heat then? It seems to be a funny month that could be either way....

We have been at the same time a few years ago. Personally i%26#39;d save the money, chances are the pool will be warm from previous occupants, but really its so warm in May we didn%26#39;t need it and kids were 7 %26amp; 9 at the time, they didn%26#39;t say it was cold.

I would check with your homeowner if you can decide when you get there ( you may not be able to do this, and if it is an electric heater it will take a day to warm up).

Pool heat is a confusing one I know. What is warm to some will not be to others! The standard advice which I give out it Oct to end of April it is probably needed.

Sorry this answer isn%26#39;t very specific - but it really does depend on the outside temperature and your comfort level. Personally I would risk it, but check what the procedure is if you change your mind.
