Is there a web site that states the flag status each day? Do the flags change much during the day?

It%26#39;s been constant rain in Kansas for four straight days with two more expected. No sun, gloomy skies. Can%26#39;t wait to get to Ft. Walton Beach.

I don%26#39;t know of a website that has flag status. When I%26#39;ve been there the flags don%26#39;t change much during the day. If a storm comes in it will usually change to red. When we were there 2 weeks ago, 1 day it started out yellow %26amp; changed to purple (marine pest) that day.
