Florida Spirit Vacation Homes

I am planning a 10-person summer vacation to Orlando and have been browsing the Florida Spirit Vacation Homes website. The homes look great for a reasonable price. Just wondering if anyone has experience with this management company and if you could tell me the good, bad or otherwise! Thanks!

Our family of seven used Florida Spirit Vacation Homes this past January during our trip to Walt Disney World. We HIGHLY recommend them. This was our third trip down using a vacation home. Unfortunately, the previous two years we used a company other than Florida Spirit and the experience was less than pleasurable. I was very nervous doing it again after two bad experiences but Florida Spirit far exceeded our expectations. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The website allows you to pick out the exact property that you will be staying in. The house we stayed in was just as gorgeous in person as it was in the virtual tour. Funny thing was that we got a larger, better home with Florida Spirit and paid less than we did with the other company for the same accomodations (pool with spa, five bedrooms, four baths). I can%26#39;t say enough great things about them. Should you choose to use this company you won%26#39;t be sorry. Good luck and enjoy your trip!

Florida Spirit Vacation Homes

Laps you are funny, Your telling the poster to enjoy her trip that was posted a year and a half ago. A 4 bedroom for a week is $1225 at Florida Spirit , thats about $500 to $600 more than you can get one just about anywhere else. Plus you said the first 2 places you stayed at were more than that, thats even funnier. Why don%26#39;t you tell us those names so people know not to rent from those 2 companies also.

I realize that they posted over a year ago, thanks so much for pointing that out. My point for posting it is for future people looking to find out more about Florida Spirit. We had a spectacular experience using them and I wanted other people to benefit from that. I do not believe in trashing others and that is why I did not list the name of the company I used the previous two years. We used the same company two years in a row. The first year was not such a horrible experience that we would not use them again so we used them the following year. That second year we went the house we had was very nice but alot of things such as the toilets, dishwasher and pool heat did not work properly and they gave us the run around all week before they were fixed. We got a much nicer, bigger house for less money by going with Florida Spirit this past year. Yes, I do realize that there are other companies out there that may be cheaper than Florida Spirit. But, I have not used them, nor do I know anyone who has. All I know was that the experience I had with Florida Spirit was a very positive one and when we go back this year we will be staying in the same house and using them again. I priced several housing companies before making my decision to go with FSVH yes, they are not the cheapest ones, but they are not the most expensive ones either.
