Family Friendly hotel?

Hello! I am planning a family trip for my husband and I and our 3 year old daughter and I was wondering if anyone knew of a family friendly hotel on the beach?

Thanks!

Family Friendly hotel?

We%26#39;ve never stayed at a hotel @ FWB but would definitely recommend the Island Princess condominiums.

We have two children %26amp; have found a condo much more convenient than a hotel. It%26#39;s so nice to have beachfront room, a kitchen for groceries, etc.

I%26#39;m sure there are nice hotels in the area too %26amp; hope someone will post a rec. We%26#39;ve seen them as we%26#39;ve driven around but have always stayed at the condo.

Have fun planning your trip,

Family Friendly hotel?

When do you plan to go? Do you have a budget limit? (Altho I must say, most of FWB is very budget friendly). Do you require beach front view?

If you are fine with a basic hotel room (not a condo) I highly Reccomend the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort. It is right on the beach, some rooms on the beach, some rooms a very short walk to the beach (no streets to cross). My wife and I just stayed there with our two year old son. The swimming pool is awesome and your 3 year old will LOVE the splash park. It is very family friendly. It is an older hotel but it is clean and nice in an excellent location.

If you would rather stay in a condo, The Destin West Beach resort is new in Ft Walton, right next door to the Ramada, so you can probably sneak over to the spalsh Park. The Destin West also has nice pools and a lazy river.

Honestly though, all of Ft Walton is pretty family friendly

-we are either going aug. 24-26 or Sept. 7-9. we would like a beach front and we really arent interested in a condo because it%26#39;s just a weekend trip. Our price range is up to $200 a night. Thanks again!

In that case, I HIGHLY reccomend the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort. Your 3 year old will absolutely LOVE the Splash Park. Your entire family will LOVE the huge Lagoon swimming pool with the Waterfalls. The resort is directly on the beach. When booking your reservation just be sure you get a beach front room.

I would recommend the El Matador. It is the last place on the island and has a great beach.

stay at the ramada----my review is at ta---even tho we had no kids we hung with some families that did---and they had a blast---there is a splash pool for your child---check out the candid pictures when you read the reviews on the ramada---there is a pix from someone----price is right too
