New Villa's

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can view all the new villas. The reason being is that I find the decor in the older ones very dated.

We want a new modern furnished villa.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

New Villa's

There are %26#39;new%26#39; villas ie a couple of years old in Terre Verde, Windsor Hills, and Reuinion that I can think of. They seem spotless the ones I%26#39;ve seen.

Even some older villas have nice stuff, some have even been refurbished, so don%26#39;t let that out you off as the nighbourhoods as they get older get greener and shadier which helps in the heat. To find one of these, rent a specific villa from the owner or a small broker, rather than getting a %26#39;potluck%26#39; one thru a tour operator. that way you can insure the quality by viewing the photos, reading recs from past visitors, and checking the equipment lists etc.

New Villa's

Hi

Have stayed at Reunion and can recommend it. Obviously villas anyway will vary in how they are decorated and furnished - since emost villas are owned independently.

Personally I can recommend this villas at Reunion (http://www.windsorpalmsflorida.com): we stayed there last year and are back for a week this year. The whole house is beautifully decorated and furnished (see virtual tour - http://domain241723.sites.fasthosts.com/virtualtours/kenny556/bb/index.htm). The pool is fairly small, but absolutely beautiful - that may or may not be an issue.

Also check out other villas and condos at Reunion for rental direct from owners on VRBO - vrbo.com/vacation-rentals/鈥eunion-resort

UCC

UCC - Wow I love that villa. I can%26#39;t afford to pay that much though. Max is about 拢1000 for 2 weeks.

Any ideas???

When the villas are purchased they are all furnished from a package and therefore all look similar.Generally speaking it takes a bit of dosh to change the decor from this starter package and a lot of new home owners can%26#39;t afford to do it until they have been in the rental market a while .Owners that have been going a while and do the bookings themselves generally do up grade and change the furnishings as they have the $$ to do it . The really modern furniture probably wouldn%26#39;t last 2 minutes in a rental home as it needs to be robust as it takes a battering .I would not get hung up on the furnishings but tend to think more about what facilities the home has .

Hi

Try this - www.orlandosfinest.com/5b-Reunion%20AH.htm

Have a look at the VRBO properties I linked to. Specifically:

- http://www.vrbo.com/40897 (same here http://www.florida-holidays.biz/main/index.htm)

All are a little bit outside of your budget, BUT you may be able to haggle the owner down a bit ESPECIALLY if you are looking for a couple of weeks rental. On rentals direct with owners, don%26#39;t be put off trying to barter - they will generally be willing to compromise if you are staying for a reasonable period...

Reunion also has some very nice condos and some townhouses - although those wont have private pools.

Any help?

Try this site, lots of newish villas on here. Its one of the most reputable sites out there.

www.orlandovillas.com

Not all villas come with the straight out of the factory look as described above either and you will see this on the website above.

Butterfly -the reason being they are all rent by owner who know the value of their homes and the importance of up grading and doing something different .I agree Orlandovillas is a good site.

some friends of mine recommend this one:
