March Break

Hello,

I am considering going to Fort Lauderdale in the second week of March. I%26#39;m not sure how to word this, but is it overrun with those who wish to ';party'; all night? I will be taking my two young daughters (7 and 12 at time of travel), so I am looking for something appropriate.

Thanks in advance,

Sinead5 ....In one word no. I have never seen the Fort Lauderdale of 20 years ago....but the Fort Lauderdale now is loaded with very good restaurants, great beaches and plenty to do.

Very few college students come to Ft. Lauderdale anymore. they seem to prefer Panama City, Mexico and the Carribean. Most of our better hotels will not rent to ';spring breakers.'; As long as you stay away from the really low end hotels ( where two people rent a room and sneak others in) you should not experience any all night partying or anything else inappropriate for your daughters.

Thanks so much. I appreciate your input.
