Construction at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Thinking of staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge early November. Have heard and read about contruction. Anyone have the scoop. Will probably be out most days, but don%26#39;t want it to affect my vacation

If anyone has any information let me know, thanks.

we visited a couple of weeks ago just to have a look around and didn%26#39;t see any building work at all.

We were due to stay there, but when we heard about the building work we changed to Port Orleans French Quarter. A friend of a friend stayed there in May and they said you could hear the noise of the workers and you did see some workmen, and a crane but the job had not long started. (May 07) They are converting 2 complete floors into vacation club apartments (timeshare type thingy) and the floors above and below are being left empty. I actually e mailed the hotel who said they couldn%26#39;t see it being a problem, but we decided that it was an awful lot of money for a building site all be it a Disney one.
