hi

we are coming over in november and have rented a villa in the englewood area.

we have stayed in englewood before but we like to travel about,and we wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere to stay overnight further down the coast.

we have stayed in sanibel/captiva before but we fancy travelling and sightseeing further south.

any advice would be helpful.

You could try Naples or Marco Island, both areas can be somewhat expensive.

We love Englewood / Cape Haze as well!

Ft Myers has a couple of areas to visit-

Ford / Edison homes for one and if your a shopper there is a HUGE flea market called ';FleaMasters'; on route 82. Isles and ilses of stuff to choose from. There are also fast boats that can take you to Key West for the day and back for under $100 each if you book your ticket a week early.

There is a wilderness ranch in Punta Gorda for the nature lover.
