Immigration Officers

Hi

As the officers should now all be trained, with Disneys help, to be more friendly and smile whilst dealing with visitors. Has anyone noticed any difference in attitude?

Immigration Officers

They have always been friendly and we have been going for 11 years.

You only need Tip if the day has a letter Y in it

Just got back from Orlando-used MCO.

The line at immigration took longer for US citizens than foreign visitors!!! They had about 20 people working the Foreign lines and just 2 for the USA ones. And the guy I picked (yeah that%26#39;s me- pick the longest line lol) asked so many questions you wouldn%26#39;t believe. The English girl I went with was thru15 mins before me! And she wasn%26#39;t asked as many q%26#39;s either.

i have found sanford airport a nightmare officer wise every time i have been orlando international no probs strange but true

We found a big difference this year from last, we had warned my somewhat excitable brother to keep his mouth shut as the customes officers at Sanford didn%26#39;t seem to have a sense of humour. Well they were great, proffessional without being terrifying,, it made a big difference.

Nothing but praise for these people who are under constant pressure to make sure we are safe. I wish I could say the same for those baffoons who were highlighted in the press recently at Birmingham Airport - Scary and frustrating!!!!!!!!!!
