Hi,we will be staying

at Pointe Estero, and would like to go somewhere close to pick up a few groceries , and go to a reasonably priced restaurant that has good crab legs...any suggestions..Thanks

Are you going to be at Coconut Pointe in Estero? If so, there is an Albertsons a half a mile or so north of you on 41. If you don%26#39;t like Albertsons, keep going North another half of mile and you will run into Publix.

Your best bet for crabk legs is going to be Pinchers Crab Shack on 41 just south of Bonita Beach Road.

Sorry, I misunderstood. Pointe Estero is on the beach.....daaa

I%26#39;ve never heard of Pointe Estero, but if it%26#39;s on the beach I%26#39;m assuming it%26#39;s North of Bonita Beach and on the South end of Fort Myers Beach.

If it%26#39;s on FMB then there is a Publix grocery on the island itself. This would be good for crab legs. They buy from the same distributor that the restaurants and fish markets buy from at a much cheaper price to the consumer.

If it%26#39;s not on FMB and in Estero, then the Albertsons and Publix mentioned earlier would be your best bet. Pinchers is good. Rhodes fish Market is good for early bird specials. Bonefish Grill is good but pricey. Roy%26#39;s has a price fixed special during the summer (check if they still do this first). It was like $32 pp for a 5 course meal. Modern Asian Fusion cuisine.

Restaurants are quite expensive here in general, so do a little research first.
