ECV Rental

I just had one of my guests ask me if I knew how easy it is to rent an ECV at the theme parks as her mother has mobility problems. Do you have to get there in the morning to rent one? Do they actually run out of them? She is going next week so it will be busy.

Any experience with this would be appreciated!

Disney has a very limited supply of ECV%26#39;s-don%26#39;t know about the other parks. You usually have to get there right at opening to snag one.
