Getting out of central FL - how are the bugs?

We are RVing in Orlando and getting bitten alive by noseeums (they are bigger this year cos I can %26#39;seeum%26#39;!)

Heading down to Geiger Key next week and KW so wondering how the bugs are doing!

Also, anyone have a list of places to stop on the way down for food? Someone mentioned Alabama Jack(sp?) but is there parking there for an RV?

Just hope we miss any H warnings - I don%26#39;t take chances!

No see-ums are around. Usually, not always, they are only bad near sunset.

Mosquitos seem under control so far this summer.

although I am speaking for the middle keys, not key west.

You can park an RV at Alabama Jacks. It might need to be a little ways away from the bar, but you should be able to find a spot.
