can anyone roccomend a good villa

The houses in Windsor Hills and Formosa Gardens get good reviews in the forum. Good location for Disney if that%26#39;s what you want in a location.

What size do you need?

We found a 3 bedroom condo through www.windsorhillsrent.com that was very nice. You put in your request and you%26#39;ll be contacted by owners with villas available for your travel dates. Homes, townhomes, and condos are all options.

We were contacted by an owner with 2 condo units at Windsor Hills. His site is www.tonylopes.com - we were very pleased with the price and the location.

I thought the development and facilites at Terre Verde were fantastic. And you can choose form 3 or 4 bed Townhomes with either hot tubs or pools or 4-7 bed homes. Very nice.

I%26#39;ve been looking around to buy, and that was the development that impressed me most.

Hi

Think about where you want to go, as if you want to do Busch Gardens its much easier to travel from closer to the I4 on the west side of Kissimmee. It can take an hour to cross Kissimmee in the morning on the 192, with all the traffic lights to slow you down.

We have stayed at Highlands Reserve, just off the 192 three times, in different villas, all very nice, they have a Publix supermarket at the entrance. We have also stayed at Gleneagles on the other side of Kissimmee, not so much close by, but Villa was very nice.

Try villas2000.com for a peak a different villas

I%26#39;ve stayed at a number of villas in Formosa Gardens and with one exception liked them all. The one I had this year, from www.allstarvacationhomes.com had very little kitchen equipment and few dishes. My favorites were all from www.blueribbonvillas.com and one from a UK owner direct. The houses are all large, upscale and mostly very well furnished and supplied.

There is a new development down by Champions Gate following the same pattern, even using some the same villa blueprints, called Grand Reserve. No mature trees there or anything and it is further away from Disney.

We just rented a villa for our vacation later this month. We used a website called VRBO.com and couldn%26#39;t believe the number of properties that were available even 6 weeks prior to our departure. Make sure you review the responses carefully. We were amazed at how reasonable many of the properties were to rent.

Our deal-- a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with its own hot tub and pool, very new, for $775 for 7 nights including tax and cleaning. We would otherwise need 2 hotel rooms and can save a lot by eating breakfast and a few dinners in.

I have used VRBO (vacation rental by owner) for three other vacations throughout the US. We have been pleased with all of the homes we have rented through this site.

Remember, rental cars are fairly reasonable in Orlando, and we%26#39;ve never found it difficult to get around.

Try The Villas of Grand Cypress, we stayed there first 2 weeks of June, we absolutely loved it. All the villas have been refurbished to a very high standard.

We stayed at a fantastic villa in Thousand oaks.

it%26#39;s owned privately by a lovely couple from England, we couldn%26#39;t fault it, it%26#39;s just as it looks on the website, and then some.
